Municipal Waste Management in Lubelskie Voivodship in 2013-2017

The publication was developed on the basis of the results of tests carried out by public statistics. The presented data was divided into inhabited and uninhabited real estate and urban and rural areas, regarding spatial aspects, as well as according to the sectors of ownership of the entities receiving municipal waste and managing landfill sites. For lubelskie voivodship, information was presented by powiats and sub-regions in comparison with other Polish voivodships.

Dwelling Stocks and Their Maintenance Costs in Lubelskie Voivodship in 2012-2016

The Statistical Office in Lublin, in order to meet expectations and interests of statistical data recipients, has released a publication which presents housing economy in lubelskie voivodship in a comprehensive way. The study illustrates determinants and consequences of changes in dwelling stocks with a special focus on their privatization, completed  residential premises, renovation, modernisation and costs of maintenance of dwellings.

Municipal Infrastructure in Lubelskie Voivodship in 2011-2015

The aim of this study is to familiarise recipients with information characterising municipal infrastructure. The publication presents the condition of municipal infrastructure in lubelskie voivodship. The study presents spatial diversification of the voivodship in terms of presence of municipal infrastructure appliances and changes in ownership of the entities providing population with water and discharging wastewater.

The publication was prepared on the basis of the results of tests carried out by public statistics for 2004, 2008 and 2013. Data on the entities collecting municipal waste was presented by ownership sectors, organizational and legal forms as well as forms of funding. Information for lubelskie voivodship was displayed by powiats and subregions in comparison with other voivodships in Poland.

Maintenance Costs of Dwelling Stocks in Lubelskie Voivodship in 2012

The publication includes a set of information regarding the maintenance costs of dwelling stocks in lubelskie voivodship in 2003-2012. Diversification of maintenance costs of dwellings as well as amounts of basic fees for residential premises were presented by the ownership forms of dwelling stocks.

In order to meet expectations and interests of the statistical information recipients, the Statistical Office in Lublin together with the National Bank of Poland Lublin Division prepared a publication presenting the real estate market in lubelskie voivodship,  with a special focus on the city of Lublin. The compilation includes determinants and changes in purchase and sale transactions  as well as in prices on the market of residential property, non-residential premises and land.

  Housing Economy in Lubelskie Voivodship in 1998 - 2009

The publication presents housing economy in lubelskie voivodship in a comprehensive way. It shows the determinants and consequences of the changes in dwelling stocks with a special focus on their privatization. Also, the compilation analyses the changes in housing conditions in regard to dwelling occupancy level and presence of technical installations as well as arrears in payments, eviction measures and housing allowances.

Ownership Transformation in Management of Municipal Solid Waste in Lubelskie Voivodship in 2004 - 2008

The compilation presents the problems with ownership transformation of entities dealing with collecting and managing municipal waste, formation of competition on the waste market and fees regarding collection of waste. The publication was mainly developed on the basis of the results of tests carried out by public statistics for 2004 and 2008. The data on the entities collecting municipal waste was presented by sectors and forms of ownership, organizational and legal aspects and funding. Information on the entities collecting waste, sources of municipal waste, their structure, organized landfill sites and charges was presented for lubelskie voivodship according to powiats and sub-regions in comparison to other voivodships in Poland.

The compilation includes spatial diversification of dwelling stocks in lubelskie voivodship in terms of average floor area and occupancy level of dwellings, renovation and modernisation of residential premises as well as presence of technical installations. The study also analyses the ownership changes in housing economy, arrears in payments for dwellings, eviction measures and housing allowances. The data on housing economy was provided for lubelskie voivodship by form of ownership of dwelling stocks as well as sub-regions and powiats, in comparison to other voivodships in Poland. The first publication of the Statistical Office in Lublin which presents municipal infrastructure in lubelskie voivodship in a comprehensive way. An analysis was carried out in this compilation in regard to ownership changes of the entities dealing with providing population with water and discharging wastewater to the sewage system. The study presents spatial diversification of lubelskie voivodship in terms of presence of municipal infrastructure providing population with water, gas, electricity, heating and serving for discharging municipal and industrial wastewater. The data on municipal water and wastewater management was provided by ownership forms, organizational and legal forms as well as forms of funding. Information on the municipal infrastructure appliances, entities serving them, services provided and population receiving infrastructure services was presented for lubelskie voivodship by sub-regions and powiats in comparison with other voivodships in Poland. The publication was prepared mainly on the basis of the results of test carried out by public statistics for 2000 and 2004.
