| Statistical Atlas of Lubelskie Voivodship 2012 | The publication consists of four main topics: location, environment, society and economy. Each of the chapters includes a set of maps and cartograms characterising lubelskie voivodship and underlining the region specifics in comparison with other voivodships in the country. The “location” part covers information concerning the geographic location and administrative division. In the chapter called “environment”, data was presented in regard to air and soil pollution as well as nature protection system. Furthermore, demographic and social conditions were depicted in the “society” chapter, whereas issues connected with, e.g., labour market, agriculture, international trade and public finances were included in the part entitled “economy”. |  |

| Demographic Changes in the Bug Euro-region in the Years 2003-2013 | The publication includes analyses of demographic changes in the Polish-Belarussian-Ukrainian cross-border area as well as characteristics of factors and processes conditioning their dynamics and intensity. It also indicates basic barriers and chances for demographic development of the studied area. Thanks to that, it can contribute to undertaking necessary actions in order to stop or reverse particular unfavourable tendencies in the context of carrying out efficient, long-term policy of cross-border regions development. The publication was established using the results of public statistics surveys of Poland, Belarus and Ukraine. |  |

| Cities – Capitals of Regions in the Bug Euro-region in 2012 | The publication is another item published in the series of studies devoted to the issues of cross-border areas, prepared by employees of the Statistical Office in Lublin. It includes a set of basic statistical information regarding natural conditions, state of the environment and its protection, people, economy, housing conditions, culture and tourism in the cities which constitute the subject of this compilation, that is in Brest, Lublin, Lviv and Lutsk, in comparison with the cross-border regions neighbouring each other. Besides statistical data, the publication also includes short characteristics of certain cities allowing to get similarities and differences between the capitals of particular parts of the Euro-region. |  |

| Competitiveness of Powiats in Lubelskie Voivodship in the Years 2009-2013 | The publication consists of three parts, that is methodological, analytical and tabular part. In the first methodological section, rules for grouping and choosing statistical indicators used in characteristics of powiats were presented. What is more, necessary definitions and terms were also included there. Moreover, the second analytical part consists of five chapters referring to specified components of competitiveness of powiats, such as demographic and social potential, technical infrastructure, activity of local government units, conditions of life/social infrastructure, as well as economic potential. Then, the third tabular part presents comprehensive numerical material characterising powiats in 2009 and 2013. The results of public statistics surveys carried out in these years were used during development of this publication. |  |

Structural Changes of Groups of National Economy Entities in REGON Register in Lubelskie Voivodship, 2016 |
The publication presents the changes in a number of national economy entities as well as comparison between selected voivodship data and similar domestic information. The most significant information from the national official register of national economy entities – REGON – was included in the statistical tables. The selected data was grouped, e.g., by sections of Polish Classification of Activity, legal forms, ownership sectors, and in profiles by sub-regions, powiats and gminas. |

The analyses included in this study might constitute a useful monitoring tool and they can make it possible to carry out effective actions connected with creating development policy and current management of higher education in Lublin. |
